Had an errand today that took my to Bryggen, got a coffee at the nice coffee shop Tobis - and while I was waiting for my coffee I fell in love with Tobis collections of tea pots from Royal Copenhagen - would love one of the small ones. Until now most of Simone work have been displayed outside Denmark - but now it is possible to see and buy her work at Øregaard museum and make and create your own paper art pieces with guidance by Simone Bendix and her twin sister.
Blickfang in Copenhagen for the first time - the exhibitions have about 100 different designer that varies from fashion, over jewelry too new product designs you can buy here and now. It is all presented in Øksnehallen in Copenhagen so if you are around, go there and if you have kids - go there and try the design workshop for kids "Designers of tomorrow by MINIMÖBL". It made me smile, when I saw this bus last week - behind is the campaign "Movember" - that hope to make us smile, and think why and what. The Movember campaign goal is to broaden the awareness of prostate cancer and they encourage men to grow a mustache in this respect. se more here: Movember

I don't think I ever get tired of visiting The Selby site, and it was with a smile on my face that I saw this news this morning - a new book from Selby - Edible Selby, for sure a great name. It is all about food, people making food and in the same great mix of pictures, illustrations and interviews. Can't wait to have it in my hands. Happy inspiration for your weekend.
