White mummies are
a fun project for Halloween or a ”scary” party.
The mummies are
reasonably simple to make.
You will need: *Juice bricks *Adhesive / glue
stick *White masking
tape (gauze, cloth patch on roll, white fabric cut into strips or a discarded
white T-shirt cut *into strips - there are many options) *Plastic eyes (available
at hobby shops) alternative paint the eyes directly on the mummy.
How to: Start by removing
the disposable straws. Wrap the mummy from
the bottom of the juice with tape -the more random, the more real it seems.
Remember not to tape the hole for the straw. When the juice
carton is completely covered, you can glue the eyes on and then mummy ready.
The straw can
alternatively be taped to the side again, or placed next to it.

It is today that you can buy this amazing collection "all for children" from H&M and at the same time donate 25% to UNICEF. I have an order from my daughter - she love the white tulle dress with gold skeletons. And most of the collection the kids can use for halloween and everyday.
We have too many apples, even if we give to friends and family. So now we started our own little Apple juice farm. The taste of freshly pressed apples is amazing and is plenty reward for the hard work of collecting, cutting and squeezing.
While enjoying the last sun strokes, I have started thinking of Halloween and I am not alone. The 10 of October H&M will be launching their "All for children" collection, where 25% of the sales will be donated to UNICEF's work in India and Bangladesh. The fantasy world of H&M has a little bit spooky and a lot of Marie Antoinette, pirates and a "little mermaid" costume - I would love to be 6 again for a day or two. Mark the day a get a bite of the collection and help at the same time.
inspired for your next party. I have folded a lot of boats in different kinds
of paper and sizes. Use them as place cards or goodie boats. Use a map as tablecloth or cut the map in pieces of A3 (297mmx420mm) and use it for place mats. Set sails for new adventures
Summer holiday turned into busy days at work and at home, different from a relaxing holiday but it was nice to be back and steer the ship again. I will start out with news from the danish ceramic duo from Stilleben. Yesterday Ditte and Jelena presented their newest product serie in collaboration with Kähler. Four colours and 3 different sizes of beautiful storage bowls with lids.what's not to like.
A while ago I blogged for the danish magazine Vi forældre
(now closed) and blogged about Umlauts great confetti stickers. Today it is a
different news, a reinterpretation of a wall hanger. This wall hanger consist
of metal rings in a copper finish, that remind me of a fishing net with
S-hooks, for your coat, keys.... A quite decorative hanger.
