In connection with Brdr. Krüger 125 year anniversary, the company has chosen to put three classic furniture in limited production. Mukuba means rocking horse in Japanese and is designed by the Danish-Japanese duo Okamura and Marquardsen and the cradle is designed by Nanna Ditzel. Both are in varnished beech. This Christmas calender is Place de blue newest product and will be in shops for christmas. It is the traditional christmas calender that have got a new and modern design. An unique textile print that remind me of HC andersen combined with beautiful embrroderi made by the women at Place de blue. Unfortunately they do not have a web shop yet - but I will let you know when it is online.
Formland is an international trade fair for interiors, home accessories, design and gifts. 1.A nice set of 2 stools and a table from Supershape. would fit well in the living area for the kids. 2. Just love these babies in snowy water. 3. The colorfull lady from the shop Prik, had a stand where she showed the baby dolls from the spanish Llorens. She had made the small cabinets her self and the "prik collection" made of retro fabrics. 4. Wooden spinning top, cotton ribbons and new boxes from Hay. 5. Owl piggy bank in silicone, maybe it is a bit to easy to get access to the money. 6. Metal letters with animals in three different colors 7. Karen at her stand Musahar, showing her great pillows and brand new carpet.
For our daily rides back and forth to kindergarten my youngest daugther need a new helmet - I am tempted to buy this one, but I know that a pink one is the only one she going to wear unless I am prepared for a figth every morning :) maybe it something for your kids.
Amazing what you can do with all the trash that a Mall produces. The artists have made an amazing landscape made of hangers, plastic bottles, bobble wrap, cans and more. the landscape starts at the bottom of the sea where the fish lives, and the landscape raises as you work your way up in the Mall and end up with the top of the threes. read more about the project here.(via)
I do not know if I knew of egg & soldiers as a kid -but what a great way to eat your Soft-boiled egg. And when I found this great pair by Takae Mizutani I just had to introduce this tradition to my children and start serve soldiers to their egg.
